The DEXTech product family is based on universal devices, which are optimised for the desired analytes when used in combination with ready-to-use columns.
The device family is unique: the standard version DEXTech Pure for almost all matrices, processing around the clock in the fully automated version DEXTech 16, and the DEXTech Heat with its special heating function for hardened fats. At LCTech, you get the right solution for you for dioxin/PCB analysis in food, feed and environmental samples. The same default methods are saved in all of the systems and can thus also be easily transferred in mixed operation. There is no need for an additional validation. Robust, easy to install, intuitive operation, low maintenance requirements, economical ready-to-use columns – optimised in every way.
DEXTech Pure is the standard solution for users in dioxin / PCB analysis. It is used successfully worldwide in food and feed analysis as well as in environmental analysis. Even highly contaminated samples can be processed without carry-over.
All DEXTech devices are easy to use in the laboratory: simply click in the columns, start the sample and you’re done. No plugging together, no screwing or other complicated actions!

The DEXTech 16 is the world’s only system for sequential and unattended processing of 15 samples. A typical “walk-away” system: set up the samples, click in the columns, start the system and then let it work unattended. And it can be done during the day or overnight!
It can be used either to increase throughput or, for example, to reduce the workload of laboratory staff when the number of samples is lower. A new dimension in dioxin / PCB analysis without cross contamination!

DEXTech Heat is the solution for difficult samples in dioxin, furan and PCB analysis. In addition to “normal” samples, the DEXTech Heat is ideal for samples that harden at room temperature. These can be reliably kept liquid by the special zone heating technology, automated and cleaned up unattended. These include samples such as palm fats, stearin and PFAD.
The exceptional technology makes it possible: no carry-over, no cross-contamination and no clogging of the column. Simply place the sample in the system, click in the columns and start the process.
The DEXTech Heat, like all DEXTech systems, can be used for a wide variety of methods. The default methods comply with all current standards such as US-EPA 8282B, US-EPA 1613, US-EPA 1668c, EU commission regulation (EC) No 589/214, No 1881/2006, No 152/2009, No 2002/32, GOST 34449-2018 and others.

Cost saving and DCM Free Method!
Recently, LCTech offers silica and Alox columns with the proven glass body or made of plastic. Both versions are absolutely equivalent and do not differ in application.
Thanks to the sealing cap technology, the plastic columns do not require individual alumina packaging. By eliminating the need for protective packaging, waste is significantly reduced and loading and restarting the system is significantly faster.
