For mycotoxin analysis LCTech offer highly selective immunoaffinity columns (IAC), specific SPE columns or the unique CrossTOX® as a multitoxin column. All these columns can be used manually as well as in automation. The columns in SMART format are excellent for fast sample preparation with reduced solvent usage

AflaCLEAN™
The LCTech AflaCLEAN™ columns are based on immunoaffinity and are suitable for cleaning up aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 in food and feed samples for HPLC and LC-MS/MS analysis. The antibodies used show a high specificity against the respective mycotoxin. The chromatographic results are outstanding, without any interfering signals and with very high recovery rates, even with difficult samples.

AflaCLEAN™ SMART
SMART clean-up columns are particularly small. Solvent use and processing time are significantly reduced with these 3 cm, AOAC-compliant immunoaffinity columns.
