The ThermELUTE Light in combination with SMART Immunoaffinity Columns allows water-based elution in an offline mode, compatible with HPLC-FLD or LC-MS/MS to achieve highly sensitive analysis of mycotoxins.

 

Unique: Thermal Denaturation

The ThermELUTE Light uses a water-based thermal denaturation process to release aflatoxins (B/G/M) and ochratoxin A from immune affinity cartridges with no need for solvents. By heating SMART cartridges to 98°C, the antibody becomes denatured efficiently releasing the analytes directly into the positioned elution vial. Samples are ready to inject, no further sample dilution or solvent addition is necessary ensuring compatibility with HPLC-FLD, LC-MS/MS, ELISA and other detection techniques.

ThermELUTE Light achieves high sample throughput by utilizing SMART cartridges, each designed for fast and efficient mycotoxin clean-up. With a compact design and downscaled volumes, these cartridges enable accelerated processing, reducing both sample and reagent consumption, as well as overall processing time.

 

Each sample is purified with a dedicated SMART cartridge, ensuring consistent high performance and eliminating the risk of cross-contamination. The linear miniaturization of the entire purification process delivers more reliable results in less effort, less waste and saving time.
