Rapid pH Plus is an automated, plate-based system powered by intuitive software that enables reproducible, searchable data generation for high-throughput formulation and buffer optimization workflows.
Configurable hardware supports single- or 4-probe capacity, with optional Power Wash, enabling scalable performance across diverse biologics development workflows.
Rapid pH Plus Software provides complete control and visualization of plate-based pH measurements, from setup and experimental design to high-throughput measurement and data retrieval.
Designed around a plate-first workflow, the software allows users to set up and run a full plate in just a few clicks. Clear well selection, read-order controls, and real-time run visibility make operation simple – even for new users.
• Flexible data export to CSV, Excel, and XML for integration with downstream systems
• Built-in integration API for instrument control and data access
• User-defined wash protocols provide full control over probe cleaning

Custom trays are configurable in the software but they must be of SBS (standard well plate) format.
Rapid pH Plus calibration is built into the workflow. Calibration standards are assigned directly to wells with visual mapping of calibration points. The calibration is run within the same interface and robust calibration statistics can be quickly assessed.
The Rapid pH Plus has an optional power wash which sprays the probe with wash solution to remove contamination between measurements. Power wash is suitable for viscous, sticky, surfactant-rich, protein-rich, residue-forming, or complex samples.
