We have exciting news! Verulam Scientific are delighted to announce our partnership with AmberGen, who offer their innovative Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MSI) technologies to assist researchers and clinicians answer questions in biology, drug development, and medicine.

 

AmberGen’s patented Miralys™ Photocleavable Mass-Tag (PCMT™) technology is unveiling new opportunities in multi-omic and multi-modal correlative imaging. Miralys has been widely adopted by the global MSI community for high-plex, multi-omic and multi-modal spatial imaging of intact proteins and unlabelled small molecules in tissue.

 

Key features include:

• Hyperplex & Fast: Analyse over 150 intact protein biomarkers in just 45 minutes.
• Multi-omic: Image small molecules, lipids, glycans, extracellular matrix, and intact proteins all on a single panel using MSI.
• Multi-modal: Combine immunofluorescence and other imaging techniques on the same sample to maximise data collection.
• Drug co-location: Visualise small molecule drugs and protein targets on the same sample.

 

This new collaboration builds on our long-term partnership with HTX Technologies, experts in sample preparation for mass spectrometry imaging, and allows us to best support MSI laboratories across the UK.
