Our team is also extensively trained by CTC Analytics on PAL legacy, XT, and PAL 3 autosampler units, supported by over 20 years of experience working with PAL systems in a wide range of configurations. We maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts, syringes, and accessories to ensure efficient system support.
We also offer customised training to help you maintain and troubleshoot your instruments, reducing disruption to your laboratory operations. Training can be delivered on-site or at our demonstration facility, depending on your requirements.*
